Salaamz all! Happy day after Saviours Day!!!! I hope you all enjoyed the Holiday as much as I did. Let me start off by saying of course this so random. But...... Ok I was going to nurse my fussy almost 1 yr old Mann<~~~ (that IS spelled correctly lol & not his actual name lol). So yeah about to nurse Mr. Fussy and I sat down in front of the pc which I hardly ever do.(I use my mobile for everything even blogging) Any who so I went to twitter & I wanted to update that little picture that is behind your profile thing because my twitter page did not have one. So, I'm prompted to go to my existing pics & suddenly I'm strolling "back down memory lane" S/O to Minnie Riperton ya'll don’t know nothin bout that good music lol. So, I'm not really looking for any real pics I'm just looking & as a million pics fly by with me as big as house and our renovations of our actual house and of birthday cakes and little ones in jammies and snowy days at the park time rewinds through these pics & I see these...... queue suspense music lol These sweet babies are from Ramadan/December 2010 when I was 12 days from delivering my lil Diva! I made these in a preggo insomnia haze. I love to hand stitch stuff lol embroidery is so peaceful to me so I had picked up these napkin sets and decided they would make great gifts if I embroidered Allahuakbar & the moon and star on them. Yay someone was going to be set for Saviours Day I felt so super excited like 'sweet deal I got at least 2 gifts out of the way' you would agree right... right???? Well we would both be wrong lol I put the gifts away when I was finally finished in a tied grocery bag <~~~~(MGT tip of the day: don’t ever do this) thinking I'd put them in a proper place just as soon as I got back from my 568th trip to the bathroom that day. <~~~ ( being preggo is a blast) but I didn’t. At least I can’t remember if I did, then I went into labor 12 days later so of course I went on a mad nesting/cleaning spree in between time. Now seeing that it is 2013 and I have still yet to find these puppies I have now excepted that they must have been thrown away in a uncontrollable hormonal fit of 'what the heck is all of this junk' <~~~~ have you been there?? don’t answer, I know you have & if you haven’t honey please believe me there will come a time lol. Anyhoo long story short I randomly made one of these pics my twitter background profile pic lol not because its the best pic but because I was seriously tired of scrolling through those pics and so I could properly morn my hard work that got trashed before I could even give it away. Looking at old pic always turns into a good time. So tell me, recently, what pic have you found yourself staring at for mins transported back into time. Leave the story behind the pic in the comment section I'd love to hear it. Salaamz good people SN: I have the birth Story of my eldest almost finished & ready to share. Are you all interested in hearing that madness or is that a random story for a different venue lol....YOUTUBE maybe? let me know below in the comments.

Relations

MGT Tip of the Day: We love them, we can't stand them, we depend on them, we need them, we expect them, we except them, we encourage them, we sooth them, we support them & we tell 'em like it is....Our Men. In our mind they are Big Strong Capable Tough Guys who can always take it like a man...but we can still hurt them. Yes your Man can be hurt and by you the one who loves him. So if you find you can't control or lost control of the "B" in you, ( the Brown Germ) you better learn how to sing like Anita Baker "I Apologise" cause it aint cute they have feelings too. Just a reminder ladies treat 'em good & fair.

Oh, the pressure!!!

MGT Tip of the Day: we all want to save money and here is a small and quick way to go "green" by using less energy and keep some "greenbacks" @ the same time. Pressure cooking!! Yup when you pressure cook it saves you time and saves your household money. Some major cuts of meat only take 15 min to cook in a pressure cooker a roast less than an hour (no hot stove no hot house yay!!) beans veggies fruit whatever your table desires "forget about it" ( in my best goodfellas voice) a pressure cooker can knock it out for you in record time. Look @ you save'n money and save'n time you are such a good catch!!!oxoxoxo SN: this is heavy duty cookware always read your manual!!!! And it can't hurt to google and watch a few YouTube videos..its ok, you'll still get dinner on the table with time to spare!

Glove Love

MGT Tip of the Day: Having gloves in the basic colors of Black White and Tan will always be in fashion...but don't forget they come in MANY other colors and lengths even with a long sleeve garment you can wear long gloves and push them down (mak'n an awesome fashion statement) also although most match the color of there gloves to the garment you may also venture out and wear gloves of a contrasting color. So next time your shop'n pick up a pair of gloves ..."a well dressed MGT does not leave home without her gloves." oxoxoxo oh wait sn: gloves also can be used as a moisturizing aide @ night wash your hands then rub in your fav moisturizing cream and slip into a pair of gloves sleep in them or wait 15-20 min and slip them off then admire your soft sexy hands.

curious crew

I was pre reading Kipling's The Elephant's Child from The Just So Stories, as a possible story for the Crew. At the end this poem was there and I totally loved it and thought "I love my babies!" I thought I'd share it with you.

I KEEP six honest serving-men
(They taught me all I knew);
Their names are What and Why and When
And How and Where and Who.
I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west;
But after they have worked for me,
I give them all a rest.

I let them rest from nine till five,
For I am busy then,
As well as breakfast, lunch, and tea,
For they are hungry men.
But different folk have different views;
I know a person small—
She keeps ten million serving-men,
Who get no rest at all!

She sends'em abroad on her own affairs,
From the second she opens her eyes—
One million Hows, two million Wheres,
And seven million Whys!

About My Wreck'n Crew

So I'm a family gal. I've been married for 10 yrs (including ups and downs). DaddyMan and I have 3 children with one the way! I call them my wreck'n crew. They are also known as my MM's or Mini Me's or Mini Muslims but wreck'n crew suits them just fine on most days. You should see some of the damage they can do. Anyhow. I'm a homeschooler to my 8,4,and 2 yr old. Mz.Lily is 8 yrs old she is striving to be a wife, mother, opthamologist, veterinarian, and oceanographer. The last one is thanks to the movie Free Willy and that I told her she could not have a whale of her own but if she decided to choose that as a career she could be able to enjoy them all she liked if she worked @ sea world. Mz.Pumpkin is 4 and hopes to still be the baby of the family even tho she has older sister responsibilities she also aspires to one day be her sister. JrMan is 2 and striving to fill the whole house with testosterone maleness by jumping tackling tossing climbing eating adventuring building demolishing and rebuilding all day with quite a few breaks so he can say "read this to me, Mama" as he shoves the same little people zoo pop up book under my nose. Baby # 4 has already established them self as an individual in the family by being the first to be a thumb sucker in the womb. That is my Wreck'n crew @ a glance
